“Sumner IWOC is on
Facebook” To the citizens of Sumner, the
Sumner Industrial Wind Ordinance Committee is pleased to inform you all that
we are now on Facebook. We encourage any and all that
are interested in Friending Sumner IWOC to send us an email request at SumnerIWOC@gmail.com. Once verified citizens will be added
to the group with the hope that there can be open and respectful dialogue
concerning the work that the IWOC is doing regarding the Ordinance for the
Town of Sumner and possible Wind Project within our Town. We encourage your comments,
concerns and even possible suggestions. All suggestions received by the
Facebook Administrators will be forwarded to Daniel Perron (Chairman) and
James Gammon (Secretary) of the IWOC for review and motion. For those citizens who do not
currently have a Facebook Account but do have an email address, please see
the following simple instructions in setting up a new account: 1. Go to www.facebook.com 2. Click on the “SIGN UP” tab in the lower
right hand corner. 3. From the Sign Up
page, just provide Facebook with your full name, email address, desired
password, gender, and date of birth. 4. After you complete the sign up form, Facebook
will then send you an email to the address you provided. From there simply
click on the confirmation link and this will complete the sign up process. 5. You can then use the SEARCH box and
simply type in Sumner IWOC and send us a friend request. As stated above once
you have been verified as a Stakeholder (resident/tax payer) for the Town of
Sumner you will be accepted and added to the Group. You
will find "Sumner IWOC" on the left hand side of your facebook profile, under "groups". Click on
"Sumner IWOC" to view or add to the group discussion. |
