Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m. to appropriate funds for winter roads maintenance overdraft.

Scholarship applications are due by April 30th. Applications can be found here on-line or picked up at the town office.
Zumba classes are at the Hartford-Sumner Elementary School on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 p.m. The first class is free and $4.00 after that.
Sumner Post Office window hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday, 7-10 a.m. and 1:30-4:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8-11 a.m.
Registering your dog(s) now costs an extra $25 late fee per dog in addition to the normal registration fee.

Transfer Station permits –
If you need one, stop by at your earliest convenience. When registering a new-to-you vehicle, we will be happy to issue you a new sticker!
ATV use on Decoster, Rosenberg, and Barrows Roads -
The Select Board granted temporary permission for ATVS to access these roads. The topic will be raised for discussion at the 2015 Town Meeting. Please drive carefully!

The Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 424 River Road in Lewiston will be open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from May – November from 8 AM – noon. We have flyers which list acceptable and non-acceptable items. There are very specific guidelines, so it would be worth your time to stop in and check it out!
Burn permits are available on line! The website address is www.maineburnpermit.com There is a $7 fee for an on-line permit.
You can still contact our local men and receive a permit at no cost.
Your time is the greatest gift you can give someone.
Property Record Cards are in the Planning Board Room in Map Order folders.
Tax maps and the Commitment Book are also in the Planning Board Room.
