There will be a free blood pressure clinic held on Valentine’s Day, February 14 at the town office from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
A $25 late fee per dog will be charged after January 31 in addition to the normal registration fee. We welcome you to call for more information.

We would love to hear from you If you are interested in filling any of these vacancies! Please submit an email or letter of interest to the attention of the Select Board.
Transfer Station permits – we have transfer station stickers again!! If you were unable to get one before, please stop by to get one at your earliest convenience.
Also, if you are registering a new vehicle, we will be happy to give you a new sticker!
ATV use on Decoster, Rosenberg, and Barrows Roads -
The Select Board granted temporary permission for ATVS to access these roads. The topic will be raised for discussion at the 2015 Town Meeting. Please drive carefully!

The Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 424 River Road in Lewiston will be open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from May – November for collections. The hours are 8 AM – noon. A flyer is available at the Town Office listing acceptable and non-acceptable items. There are some very specific guidelines, so it would be worth your time to stop in and get a flyer!
Burn permits are available on line! The website address is www.maineburnpermit.com There is a $7 fee for an on-line permit.
You can still contact our local men and receive a permit at no cost.
Your time is the greatest gift you can give someone.
Property Record Cards are in the Planning Board Room in Map Order folders.
Tax maps and the Commitment Book are also in the Planning Board Room.
For copies or to see the working property cards, please ask in the Office.
