There will be no Select Board meeting on December 23rd
*The Town Office will be closed on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25. We will re-open on Friday, December 26.
Please note that dogs must be licensed by December 31.
A $25 late fee per dog will be charged after January 31 in addition to the normal registration fee. We welcome you to call for more information.
Transfer Station permit stickers – we have transfer station stickers again!! If you were unable to get one before, please stop by to get one at your earliest convenience.
ATV use on Decoster, Rosenberg, and Barrows Roads -
The Select Board granted temporary permission for ATVS to access these roads. The topic will be raised for discussion at the 2015 Town Meeting. Please drive carefully!

If you are interested in filling any of these vacancies, please submit
a letter of interest or email to the attention of the Select Board.

like to review the whole document, please stop in to the
Town Office during regular business hours.
The Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 424 River Road in Lewiston will be open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from May – November for collections. The hours are 8 AM – noon. A flyer is available at the Town Office listing acceptable and non-acceptable items. There are some very specific guidelines, so it would be worth your time to stop in and get a flyer!
Burn permits are available on line! The website address is www.maineburnpermit.com There is a $7 fee for getting an on-line permit.
You can still contact our local men and receive a permit at no cost.
